This is measured from the main electrical panel. A hardwired installation in our experienced opinion is the best option. Longer runs using more conduit and wire can be calculated at $13 per linear foot after 10 ft. This is in addition to the basic install cost.
Example 26 ft. Install: $749 + (20ft. x $13) = $1,009.00
THE NECESSARY - Electrical Permit
Washington State requires all electrical installations abide by National Electrical Code (NEC) and to ensure this there is a required Permit and Inspection Process with associated fees. Depending on the City or County - Fees range from $95 to $250+. NO SALES TAX ON EV RELATED INSTALLS!
